Our founder brings 20+ years of project management, organizational planning, human resourcing, finance, technical efficiency, customer resolutions, and executive administration experience to thriving companies, nonprofits, and their clients, partners, and other vested parties.

The technical term is Business Process Outsourcing, more specifically ITES-BPO. This is just a fancy way of saying, that we perform non-core (back office) business functions so you can focus on core (sales) activities – and we usually do so off-site, through the use of the internet and mobile technology.

Virtual assistance is geographically boundless. We have Clients representing more than half of the 50 United States, plus a few overseas with assets in the United States.

Most business functions can be handled through the use of mobile technology; requests that require onsite support are extremely rare. In these cases, we will send a team member if available or refer you to another company.
